One of the advantages our Gotcha Covered franchisees have are the multiple market segments with access to both residential and commercial business. We wanted to help our franchisees expand their commercial market opportunities. That’s why we developed the Commercial Co-Op Program.

Commercial Window Treatments

Some commercial jobs are bigger than our franchisees can do on their own, so we wanted to help them land these big jobs. Our Commercial Co-Op Program provides great resources including:

  • Help reading blue prints
  • Cover special insurance and licensing requirements
  • Project management for complex jobs
  • Handling the financial burden

Most of the sales done in this program are $25,000 and above, providing franchisees with another great revenue source. The franchisee provides a local resource and contact for the client while the corporate team manages the remainder of the project.

About the Gotcha Covered Franchise

A Gotcha Covered franchise provides a lifestyle business with extraordinary profit potential through high margins and low operating expenses, all within a very cash-flow friendly model.

Utilizing our powerful and proprietary design software, our franchisees sell virtually everything for the interior of a window, both for the residential and commercial markets. Our extensive offering includes blinds, shades, shutters, window film, and fabric treatments such as draperies, curtains, swags, and cascades, covering hundreds of custom window treatments and accessory options.
