Our Training Lays The Foundation For Success

 

The old adage that "knowledge is power" holds true. In fact, since most of our franchisees have no direct experience in the window treatment industry, we have taken training to a whole new level. The Gotcha Covered training program is one of the most extensive in the window fashions industry, drawing on our 40+ years of experience in the window covering and home improvement business.

 

Phase One
Phase One of our training is conducted at our corporate training center in Denver, Colorado. The two-week training program is taught and designed by our own seasoned industry experts who have the experience, knowledge and passion to teach you the window covering business inside and out!

In our training class, we focus on:
  • Adding style to your decorative window treatment designs
  • Coordinating accessories
  • Familiarizing yourself with our product knowledge and functionality
  • Choosing the right fabrics from our extensive line of more than 3000 fabrics from name brand manufacturers
  • Selecting the right decorative drapery hardware
  • Managing and operating your business to the level of success and income you desire
  • Maximizing your marketing dollars to drive leads to your business
  • And, of course, you will learn how to use Gotcha Covered's exclusive Décor Creator technology, including our proprietary Intranet system which makes upgrades, new product releases and pricing changes easy.

After successful completion of our initial window treatment training course, you will be certified by Gotcha Covered as a Window Fashion Professional!

In Business For Yourself, Never By Yourself

 

Phase Two
Right out of training, you will be assigned two personal representatives whose sole purpose is to help you launch your business. One of your representatives will coach you on how to market your business in your local territory, and will help you create your own personalized marketing plan based on your target market, budget, personal situation, and business goals.

 

Your other dedicated representative will train and support you on all of the other operational aspects of running your franchise, and will be a single point of contact for all non-marketing activities, such as preparing for appointments, how to work the software, design tips, how to place the order, and so on.
